History Loves New
There’s been so much change in and out of Lamy’s building over the last 100-plus years. And to be quite honest, most of it has been for the betterment of our building and our community. When we decided, fairly far into the process, that we’d be adding a restaurant into our building, we knew that we’d have high expectations for the food we serve.
We wanted our menu to be upscale in flavor and inviting in the character of our environment. We feel we’ve struck that balance and our repeat customers only help confirm that our efforts were worth it. One thing that we’ve maintained throughout our tenure here is providing familiar dishes while still always evolving.
New Loves NO. 5
We spend a lot of time working on new menus. They rotate every few months and deciding what will make the coveted spots on our menu is no easy task. It’s something we put a lot of time and effort into, as well as working with the freshest ingredients given the season we are in.
We are so excited to have released a new menu this week and we know that there’s something for everyone on it. The crowd favorites still have their spot, while plenty of space was made for your tastebuds to explore new ideas and flavors.
Whether you stick with the classics like our goat cheese croquettes and one of our signature burgers or you go for the gold and try something different like a new twist on an old dish such as the Red Snapper. We’ve moved away from our Louisiana/Cajun style snapper and have replaced it with our Asian flare vibes.
No matter what you choose, the environment, the staff, and the quality can’t be beaten. Grab a friend and be the first to try our new goods. After all, history loves company!
