History Loves Same

Ok. We struggled to come up with the title for this one. Don’t hold it against us. But…it’s true. People really don’t love change. If ya don’t believe us, you should be here when we switch up our menus every quarter or so. 😉 Riots are threatened. Lives are in danger.

It’s also possible we’re being a bit fictitious. We’ll let you decide.

The absolute truth is, when we change menus, we always end up cutting someone’s favorite dish, and we truly hate to disappoint, but we pride ourselves in keeping it fresh, making sure we are only bringing you top-quality ingredients. Some things just don’t grow in the Midwest during summer. I mean, look at the weather for the next 10 days. We’re looking at triple digits–every damn day. So side note, it’s looking like wonderful patio weather if you enjoy feeling like death while you dine.

It’s ok, though. Our AC game is strong and we enjoy the ambiance of our dining room. We worked hard to make it the coolest hang in town and we feel confident that it is. I mean, we designed it ourselves…and we’re a talented (and obviously confident) group of individuals. Just ask us. We’ll tell ya.

So, all that to say…change is coming on our menu. Before you dial up the riot phone tree just let us walk you through the changes. We promise most of your faves are staying. Some may look a little different than they did, but listen–different isn’t always bad. And in this case…different is stellar. We’re bringing a new flavor profile to some of our current classics and we aint mad about it.

So, prepare your tastebuds (we hear meditation is a good start), sharpen up your steak knives (just kidding, we provide those), and loosen a notch on your belt. We’re kind of serious about that one. The new menu drops next week. Tell a friend. Tell all of them! We’re assuming you have more than one. Because after all, history loves company.
